Another absolute legend of CTYI. First arrived at CTYI in 2008 for session 1 but attended CTYI session 2 in 2009, 2010 and 2011. Can usually be seen wearing a large, heavy cowboy hat (made from buffalo hide). Also runs around barefoot alot. Assumed legendary status this year when, unknown to most, he smeared a quote from the film Taxi Driver in jam onto his residential wall.

TAXI: "Someday a real rain will come and wash all this scum off the streets"
ROLLO: "Soon the rain will come and wash the scum from our streets"

Indeed Rollo. Indeed.
