Colm was quite famous for late night corridor parties where Tadhg's RA group on the third floor, the fellas would all sit along the corridor eating muffins spread with nutella made and shipped in by Colm's dad. The first festival took place midway through the second week, while Mary (ARC) was on her day off, the guys managed to stay up til 11 that night before being herded to bed by Ray and Tadhg. Several other attempts to recreate the festival took place for the rest of the session, the only semi successful one was on the last night where a muffin was handed out to each resident of the corridor before the RAs demanded the lads get to bed. Similar to the contrast between the success of Woodstock 1969 and the Epic failure of Woodstock 1994 is visible in this occurrence.
