Coffee is a very popular drink in C.T.Y.I. due to its affordability, taste and caffeine content. There are many places where you can purchase coffee in C.T.Y.I. including:

Spar
This "insomnia" coffee costs 2 euro. You can never get to sleep after drinking it. Remember to buy the cup first. This coffee tastes better with american style cookies or brownies - ~€1.20.
Vending Machines
The Business School
Contains what is sometimes referred to as the "emergency machine" because being the two most popular machines, the street and the x building machines are often out of order, meaning addicts must journey farther for their fix and make a risk of getting in trouble with ARCs or RAs for going out of bounds.
The Street
Using this vending machine is sometimes compared to gambling. You just don't know whether youre going to get coffee, hot milk, or just water. Coffee and hot chocolate here, are 1 euro. Ya buy cheap, ya buy twice! its called the brown water game!!!
The 'X' Building
Contains a machine identical to the street except there is a lower probability of receiving brown water. Also costs 1 euro.
The Laundry
Located in the corridor of the laundry beside the swimming pool. Handy to have if you are waiting for clothes or if the street is locked.
Starbucks
This is a place in the canteen where they sell starbucks, so it's not _really_ a starbucks. They know what they are doing so you can ask for really fancy stuff like "a venti caramel hot chocolate with two splendas, vanilla, chocolate and skimmed milk". There are two locations to get Starbucks coffee on the DCU campus, there include: The Canteen and the sports complex (entry is forbidden to CTYIers if not with an RA). The cheapest coffee starts at 3 euro.
Ben Chapman's room
Ben Chapman's room is a really good place to get 4 double espressos for nothing. They taste bitter but they really get you set up before the discos!
